- We do not provide wording on Cakes, Nama chocolates and Mooncakes.

- Orders can be made via whatsapp message at 85123828 or email chocolatehaven_sg@hotmail.com. An order confirmation will be sent to you via whatsapp or email (depending on which mode you used to order) within an hour. If you do not see the order confirmation within an hour, please call 85123828.
- Orders will not be processed if payment is not received
- Cancellations are not possible after order is made.
- Orders for Whole cakes, Nama chocolates and Mooncakes require a notice of 3 days.
- We currently only accept payments via Paynow.
- Self collection from 11am to 6pm at Telok Blangah Drive (Full address will be provided before day of collection).
- If we are instructed by the customer to leave the cakes/chocolates outside the premise, we will not be held liable for the conditions of these items afterwards.
- We reserve the right to dispose uncollected cakes by 2nd day and Nama Chocolates by 3rd day without offering a refund. A replacement cake or chocolate will also not be offered.
- Customers are advised to check their items during collection.
- Nama Chocolates are best consumed chilled. Please keep leftover Nama chocolates in box and refrigerated (4 to 6 degrees Celsius). The Nama chocolate can last in chiller up to 3 days.
