•  Orders can be made via whatsapp message at 85123828 or email chocolatehaven_sg@hotmail.com. An order confirmation will be sent to you via whatsapp or email (depending on which mode you used to order) within an hour. If you do not see the order confirmation within an hour, please call 85123828.

 

• Orders will not be processed if payment is not received

 

• Cancellations are not possible after order is made.

 

• Orders for Whole cakes, Nama chocolates and Mooncakes require a notice of 3 days.

 

• We currently only accept payments via Paynow.

• A flat rate of $10 per location. Except Airports, Tuas, Sentosa and all other islands.

 

• Self collection from 11am to 6pm at Telok Blangah Drive (Full address will be provided before day of collection). Delivery timing 2pm to 6pm.

 

• Changes from a self-collection to a delivery is subjected to the availability of our third party delivery service vendor.

 

• Deliveries occur any time between the stated stipulated time slot. We will inform the customer about 30mins before arriving at the premise. A specific timing is not possible nor guaranteed.

 

• A 10 min grace period is provided upon delivery. Should the driver is unable to gain access to the door (eg stopped by condo guards or no access given via the intercom etc), the cakes/chocolates will be sent back to our bakery and a redelivery fee would be borne by the customer.

 

• Arrangement for redelivery would be set for the next day.

 

• If we are instructed by the customer to leave the cakes/chocolates outside the premise, we will not be held liable for the conditions of these items afterwards.

 

• We reserve the right to dispose uncollected or undelivered cakes by 2nd day and Nama Chocolates by 3rd day without offering a refund. A replacement cake or chocolate will also not be offered.

 

• Customers are advised to check their items during collection or when it is delivered. All items are carefully checked and sent out in good condition. In rare situations that the items did not arrive in good condition, please call 85123828 immediately.

• Whole cakes are best consumed chilled and within the day. Please keep leftover cakes in an airtight container and refrigerated (4 to 6 degrees Celsius). The cake can last in chiller for up to 2 days.

• Approximately 500g  Serves 4 to 6 pax.
